Delete or archive a tag group.

This endpoint will delete or archive a Tag Group and all associated attributes and Tags.

This endpoint will delete or archive a Tag Group and all associated attributes and Tags.

Note: tag groups that are in use can not be deleted, they can only be archived. Also, tagGroups with no associated expenses can only be deleted rather than archived.
