Before you begin
- You must have Administrator access
- Your organisation must be on a plan that supports external bookkeepers
Invite an external bookkeeper
- Open the Pleo application
- Navigate to People
- Click Add People
- Select Invite external bookkeeper
- Choose the access level:
- Limited access
- Extended access
- Enter the bookkeeper’s name and email address
- Click Accept & Invite
Important notes
- External bookkeepers cannot manage Pleo cards
- If a bookkeeper is an internal employee, assign the Administrator role instead
- Permissions may vary by region and subscription plan
